Vandals Desecrate Yemenite Synagogue in Central Israel

Unknown assailants broke into the Yemenite-community synagogue in the central Israeli town of Kadima-Tzoran overnight, ripping apart Chumashim, scattering pages across the floor, hurling Torah scrolls, and smashing furniture and ritual objects in what police are treating as a deliberate act of desecration.Community members discovered the devastation Saturday morning. Photos from the scene show torn sacred texts strewn across the sanctuary and damaged arks. No arrests have been made and the motive remains unclear. Police have opened an investigation.
