Wildfires in the Jerusalem Hills: 119 Crews; 10 Firefighting Aircraft

119 firefighting crews from various districts are working to extinguish the wildfires in the Jerusalem Hills, assisted by 10 firefighting aircraft. According to the Israel Fire and Rescue Service, an additional 22 crews are on their way to the area. Rescue forces are currently focused on containing the fire's spread, rescuing trapped individuals, and extinguishing fire hotspots, after having rescued nine people caught in heavy smoke.
