Witkoff: President Seeking Diplomatic Resolution, but Uranium Enrichment Remains a Red Line

U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff emphasized in a new statement that President Trump is committed to resolving the conflict with Iran through diplomacy and dialogue: "He has given every possible signal. He sent direct letters to the Supreme Leader." Witkoff reiterated the American red line: "We have one very, very clear red line — uranium enrichment. We cannot allow even 1% enrichment capacity." He added that the U.S. has already submitted a proposal to Iran: "We’ve presented a proposal that we believe addresses parts of the issue."
