Zelensky announces Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refinery and military airfield

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine struck a Russian oil refinery in Yaroslavl and conducted a precision attack on a military airfield in the Rostov region. The airfield strike hit an An-12 transport aircraft, two An-26 transport aircraft, and three helicopters, Zelensky stated.
