Senior officials in Gulf states have told local media that messages were conveyed from the White House and Pentagon stating that all necessary preparations for an immediate return to combat with Iran have been completed, with the campaign expected to be "short and dramatic."

According to reports in Gulf Arab media, which claim to have received information from senior Arab officials in Gulf states, the Trump administration has sent classified messages to the United Arab Emirates and other partners stating that all preparations for a return to fighting have been completed, and that the expected campaign will be intensive and destructive, but brief.

Sources in the Gulf claim that the war order has already been prepared and coordinated with all regional states expected to take part in the campaign, and that operational plans have already been drafted and completed by US Central Command.

The reported plan, which has been circulating for several days, calls for a "short and destructive campaign" lasting approximately three days, which would erode all the capabilities Iran has rebuilt in recent months and allow its weakness to be maintained ahead of the US midterm elections.
