Another International Achievement
"We Will Dance Again" Nominated for Two American Emmy Awards
The Israeli film "We Will Dance Again" has earned the prestigious 2025 Television Academy Honors and an Emmy nomination, in a historic first for an Israeli production chronicling the Nova music festival terrorist attack.

The documentary film "We Will Dance Again", directed by Yariv Mozer and produced by HOT8, SIPUR, and Slutzky Productions, has advanced to the final five in two categories at the prestigious News & Documentary Emmys, awarded by the American Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on June 26, 2025, in New York.
The film is nominated in the categories of Outstanding Current Affairs Documentary and Outstanding Editing: Documentary. Its eligibility for the American Emmy (as opposed to the International Emmy) was made possible through a partnership with the American company Paramount.

In addition to these nominations, it was recently announced that the film will receive the prestigious 2025 Television Academy Honors, an exclusive award from the American Television Academy, the body responsible for the Emmy Awards. This marks the first time an Israeli production has won this honor. A celebratory ceremony will take place on May 28, 2025, in Los Angeles.
Broadcast on HOT8 and available on HOT’s digital platforms, the film chronicles the horrors of the terrorist attack on the Nova music festival through the eyes of survivors, serving as a moving testament to the spirit of youth, freedom, and love that was brutally cut short.

This international recognition is not only moving, it’s also a responsibility, giving a platform and voice to survivors who choose to keep living and dancing, despite everything.”
