IDF forces attacked a series of terrorist infrastructures in Lebanon, including a military structure, launch positions, an operational headquarters and a weapons warehouse. This was in response to the launch of Hezbollah missiles towards the north, including 2 surface-to-air missiles at an Israeli aircraft.

This evening (Wednesday), fighter jets, helicopter gunships and aircraft of the Air Force attacked terrorist infrastructures of Hezbollah in Lebanon, including a military structure, launching positions, an operational headquarters and a weapons warehouse. Also, since the morning hours, the IDF has carried out artillery fire and tank fire at a number of locations in Lebanese territory to remove a threat and attacked another terror infrastructure of the terrorist organization.
The series of attacks comes in response to gunfire recorded from the north throughout the day. According to the IDF spokesman, among other things, a number of launches from Lebanese territory towards the Goren and Manara areas were detected.
Alarms were later sounded in the settlements along the conflict line, after two surface-to-air missile launches were detected at an Air Force aircraft. The IDF said that the aircraft was not damaged and continued its mission. After several more launches towards Israeli territory, an interceptor was fired during the incident. In response, the IDF attacked with artillery in Lebanese territory.
