THE BIG ONE IS COMING

BREAKING: 3 B-1 Bombers Land at Royal Air Force Base in Fairford

A massive US bomber task force has assembled at RAF Fairford, with 11 B-1 Lancers and B-52s ready for action. As the UK greenlights 'defensive' strikes, the stage is set for a major escalation in Operation Epic Fury.

In a significant escalation of US military presence in Europe, three additional American B-1 Lancer bombers have landed at the Royal Air Force (RAF) base in Fairford, Gloucestershire, in the last few minutes, according to breaking reports. This brings the total number of B-1 aircraft at the base to 11, in addition to the three B-52H Stratofortress bombers that arrived yesterday.

The latest arrivals join an already substantial fleet of US strategic bombers stationed at RAF Fairford, a key forward operating location for American airpower in Europe.

Sources indicate that eight B-1B Lancers were previously deployed to the base over the weekend, with some aircraft temporarily diverted to Ramstein Air Base in Germany due to low visibility conditions following initial missions.

The three B-52H bombers, which touched down on March 9 from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota, are capable of long-range strikes and represent the first such deployment to the UK during the current Iran conflict.

UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has approved the use of British bases for "defensive" US operations against Iranian missile sites, facilitating this buildup.

The B-1 Lancers and B-52s are equipped for high-intensity bombardment, with the B-52s able to launch missiles over 1,500 miles away, enhancing Washington's capacity for sustained strikes without relying solely on round-trip missions from the continental US.

This deployment comes amid warnings from US leadership, including President Trump's recent statement that "the big one" is coming for Iran, signaling a shift from targeted strikes to broader operations against Iranian infrastructure.

Aviation experts note that RAF Fairford has historically served as a hub for US bomber task forces, and the current activity marks one of the largest concentrations of American heavy bombers in Europe since the conflict began.

Observers report heightened operations at the base today, with live streams and spotter accounts capturing the arrivals.

The move is seen as a clear message to Tehran, bolstering allied deterrence in the region while raising concerns about potential escalation toward a wider war.
