Israel Police Negev Borders Unit Seizes Dozens of Kilos of Cocaine Near Egyptian Border

The Israel Police Negev Borders Unit, with the aid of aerial surveillance, conducted a vehicular chase to stop a man smuggling dozens of kilos of cocaine near the Egyptian border.

The suspect found with the drugs is a resident of the southern Bedouin town of Bir Hadaj. The drugs are estimated to be worth some 30 million NIS on the illegal market.
