Al Arabiya Publishes Alleged US-Iran Memorandum of Understanding

Saudi outlet Al Arabiya published what it claims is the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran. Key provisions include: immediate and permanent end to war on all fronts including Lebanon; U.S. to lift naval blockade on Iran and withdraw all forces from the region within a month; U.S. and regional partners to fund Iran's reconstruction with at least $300 billion; removal of all U.S. sanctions and U.N./IAEA resolutions if final agreement is implemented; Iran commits to never produce nuclear weapons, with enriched uranium issue to be settled in final agreement; U.S. to authorize Iranian crude oil exports and release all frozen Iranian funds; Iran to lift Hormuz blockade within a month.
