Alleged Syrian war criminal Amjad Youssef captured 13 years after Damascus massacre

Amjad Youssef, a soldier from Assad's regime accused of carrying out a 2013 massacre in Damascus's Al-Tadamon neighborhood, has been captured 13 years after the killings. Residents of Al-Tadamon celebrated his capture at the massacre site this morning. In Lebanon, Sunnis in Tripoli marked the arrest with gunfire and distribution of sweets.
