Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin Announces 60 Israeli Fighter Jets Conducted Major Wave of Airstrikes Targeting Ballistic Missile Launchers in Central Iran

The Israel Defense Forces spokesperson, Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin, confirmed that 60 Israeli fighter jets participated in a large-scale airstrike campaign targeting ballistic missile launchers aimed at Israel. After striking numerous surface-to-surface missile sites and infrastructure in western Iran, Israeli forces are now withdrawing from that area. Defrin stated, “They withdrew from western Iran, but we are coming after them,” highlighting a strategic push into central Iran, with operations launched from Isfahan.
