Couple arrested in Israel for alleged espionage for Iran

A couple from Ashkelon, Tamirlan Amshukov and Alina Kushnirenko, were arrested for allegedly conducting systematic intelligence gathering operations for Iranian handlers. The suspects are accused of collecting information on homes of security officials and civilian and military infrastructure across Israel, transmitting the intelligence to Iran in exchange for payment including cryptocurrencies.
