Defense Minister Katz Announces IDF Security Zone Plans in Lebanon

Defense Minister Katz announced that following current operations, the IDF will establish positions in a security zone inside Lebanon along defensive lines against anti-tank missiles. The military will maintain security control over the entire area up to the Litani River, including the Litani bridges. Katz stated Israel is determined to separate Lebanon from the Iranian arena and change the situation in Lebanon with an IDF security presence wherever necessary.
