Deliberate Arson Behind Efrat Fire, Say Authorities

Fire and Rescue Services have determined that the blaze that broke out yesterday near the settlement of Efrat was caused by intentional arson, likely carried out by Palestinians. Residents were instructed to shelter indoors for several hours as crews battled the flames. This incident follows a series of suspected arson attacks in the area over the past month, including one case in which a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a firetruck en route to extinguish a blaze.
