Dozens Trapped after Byron Floods Ashkelon and Moshav Shikma

Severe flooding in Moshav Shikma and the Ashkelon region has left dozens of residents trapped inside their homes, according to Galei Tzahal. Emergency teams are working under difficult conditions, and seven people have been rescued so far, including a man in his 60s who was evacuated in moderate condition with signs of hypothermia.
