Erdoğan: Turkey Urges Restraint Amid Azerbaijan–Russia Tensions

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that Turkey is closely following rising tensions between Azerbaijan and Russia and has called on both sides to act with restraint. Erdoğan added that he held a conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev regarding the situation. According to Erdoğan, Aliyev made clear he does not support an escalation with Moscow.
