First Iron Dome Tamir interceptor fully manufactured in United States

A Tamir interceptor for Israel's Iron Dome system has been manufactured entirely on U.S. soil for the first time. The interceptor was produced at a plant in East Camden, Arkansas, built by Rafael and Raytheon through their R2S joint venture. The facility is part of U.S.-Israel missile defense cooperation efforts to expand the supply of interceptors for the Iron Dome system.
