France suspends use of stun grenades at student protests after teen loses hand

Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez announced the suspension of stun grenades at student demonstrations in France following an incident in which a 15-year-old boy lost his hand during a protest in Lens, a city in northern France. The suspension is in effect at least temporarily.
