Following the Israeli military's capture of Moein al-Arabed, Hamas's general security chief in Gaza, the terror organization has issued urgent security warnings to its operatives throughout the Strip. The instructions were published through Al-Majd, a communications platform with direct ties to Hamas's internal security apparatus.

The directives order all Hamas members to immediately dispose of any electronic devices they carry on their person or in their belongings. According to the organization's warning, "any technological means can enable the discovery of your location."

The group further instructed operatives to exercise extreme caution when moving between locations, even in areas previously considered secure such as central Gaza City. Hamas also prohibited the use of digital messaging applications like WhatsApp, even for communication with family members, warning that relatives could inadvertently or deliberately expose the whereabouts of operatives.
