Hamas Praises Qalandiya Attacker, Calls for West Bank Uprising

Hamas military spokesman Abu Obaida issued a statement praising the Qalandiya shooting attacker, identified as Ayman al-Shalmon, who was killed by Border Police forces this morning. In the statement, Abu Obaida calls on Palestinians in the West Bank to rise up and carry out attacks. No Israeli casualties were reported in the incident north of Jerusalem.
