Hezbollah mortar fire kills UN personnel member at UNIFIL position in southern Lebanon

A UN personnel member was killed and two others injured when Hezbollah mortar shells struck a UNIFIL position in the Dibbine area of southern Lebanon. The IDF identified several launches overnight from the Al-Qatrani area carried out by Hezbollah that landed inside the UN force position. An examination of the launch trajectory clearly indicates the fire was carried out by Hezbollah. The IDF stated that Hezbollah's launches endanger international forces and harm UN personnel operating in the area.
