IAEA: 900 Pounds of Enriched Iranian Uranium Missing After Strikes
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed it has lost track of nearly 900 pounds of potentially enriched uranium from Iran, raising serious global security concerns. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said the agency is unaware of the material's current location, following Tehran’s claim that it was relocated for protection amid Israeli and U.S. military strikes. The IAEA also confirmed significant damage at Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, particularly in underground enrichment and storage areas.
