IDF 205th Brigade completes Gaza mission, dismantles eight tunnels

Reserve troops of the 205th Brigade completed a two-month mission in northern Gaza Strip, dismantling eight underground tunnel routes and eliminating dozens of terrorists. The brigade, operating under the 252nd Division east of the Yellow Line, worked with the Yahalom Unit to conduct engineering operations for detecting and dismantling tunnels. This marks the brigade's sixth operational deployment since the war began, having previously operated in southern Gaza and southern Lebanon. The 14th Brigade will replace them in the area. IDF forces remain deployed under the ceasefire agreement framework.
