IDF and ISA eliminate Hamas Khan Younis Brigade commander in Gaza strike

The IDF and ISA eliminated Muhammad Yazouri, commander of Hamas' military wing Khan Younis Brigade, in a targeted strike Thursday night in the Khan Younis area. Yazouri previously served as deputy brigade commander and headed the brigade's intelligence department. In his role, he directed terrorist activities against IDF troops and Israeli civilians, and recently worked to rebuild the brigade's capabilities damaged during the war. The strike also killed Hudheifa Muammar, a company commander, and Muhammad Bahjat Rashi, another Hamas operative from the Khan Younis Brigade. Precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to minimize civilian harm.
