IDF Chief of Staff announces dismantling of Hezbollah underground infrastructure beneath Ali al-Taher Ridge

IDF Chief of General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir visited the 36th Division Friday after troops completed dismantling Hezbollah's underground routes beneath the Ali al-Taher Ridge. Zamir stated the operation destroyed central command, control, and combat infrastructure built with Iranian assistance over years at enormous cost. He emphasized the IDF will defend northern communities at any cost and warned that any attack on communities or troops will be met with immediate and forceful response. The Yellow Line remains fully under IDF operational control. The visit included Northern Command MG Rafi Milo and 36th Division BG Yiftach Norkin.
