IDF Chief of Staff Says Israel Ready to Resume Fighting Iran if Needed

The IDF Chief of Staff stated during a visit to southern Lebanon that Israel entered a ceasefire with Iran but remains prepared to return to intense fighting if required. He said the IDF continues fighting Hezbollah with great force and deepening its maneuver in Lebanon. He described Israel's achievements against Iran as unprecedented and historic, stating Iran is much weaker than before the war. The Chief of Staff said Hezbollah is now isolated within Lebanon and cut off from its strategic lifeline in Iran, with the Lebanese government increasingly understanding the problem of hosting the terrorist organization.
