IDF Chief visits southern Lebanon, says over 2,000 Hezbollah terrorists eliminated

IDF Chief of General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir visited southern Lebanon near Khiam on Wednesday, telling troops their mission is to remove every threat to Israeli communities and soldiers. Zamir stated that since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion, more than 2,000 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated. He described a "historic opportunity to change the regional reality" and said additional targets in Iran are ready to be struck. During the visit, Zamir toured Hezbollah underground infrastructure located beneath a children's clothing store and held operational assessments with Northern Command officers and brigade commanders.
