IDF condemns illegal Israeli civilian takeover of Palestinian homes, declares closed military zone

The IDF condemned reports of Israeli civilians illegally entering and taking control of Palestinian homes and land in the Qusra and Jalud areas in recent weeks. A closed military zone order was issued for non-residents following the incidents. The IDF stated that those involved will face action by security forces, and any IDF reservists or active-duty soldiers found involved will face disciplinary measures. On Monday, IDF soldiers at a checkpoint stopped an ambulance after identifying Israeli civilians inside attempting to enter the closed military zone under the ambulance's cover. The ambulance was inspected by IDF soldiers and Israel Police.
