IDF Discovers 900kg Booby Trap and Hezbollah Weapons Cache in Southern Lebanon

Reserve troops from the 226th Brigade discovered a booby-trapped pit containing approximately 900 kilograms of explosives in southern Lebanon, intended to target IDF forces. In a separate find, soldiers located a Hezbollah position storing mortar shells and rockets meant for attacks on Israeli civilians and troops. The forces are operating south of the Forward Defense Line to prevent threats to northern Israeli communities.
