IDF eliminates Hamas funds transfer network chief in Khan Yunis strike
The IDF struck Khan Yunis on Tuesday, eliminating Ihab Khrizim, head of a central Hamas funds transfer network responsible for managing millions of dollars to Hamas' military wing. Khrizim continued violating the ceasefire agreement in recent months, enabling imminent attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians. The strike also killed Mohammed al-Habash, a Hamas unit commander involved in weapons manufacturing throughout the war. The IDF says Khrizim's elimination deals a significant blow to Hamas' rehabilitation and force-building efforts. Precise munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm.
