IDF eliminates Hamas weapons commander in Gaza strike

The IDF and Shin Bet eliminated Ismail Abu Foul, commander of a Hamas weapons manufacturing site, in a strike in the Al-Maghazi area of Gaza. Abu Foul was actively involved in manufacturing explosives and anti-tank missiles for Hamas. The IDF also struck the weapons manufacturing site itself, which was established near an international aid distribution point. The IDF stated this demonstrates Hamas's systematic use of civilian infrastructure to conduct terrorist operations against Israeli forces and civilians.
