IDF eliminates Hamas weapons smuggler in central Gaza strike

The IDF struck and eliminated Ali Ahmad Ali Amrain, a terrorist involved in smuggling weapons for Hamas, in central Gaza on Saturday. Amrain worked throughout the war to supply various weapons used in terror attacks across the Gaza Strip. The strike was conducted to remove the threat posed to IDF troops. The military says it took steps to mitigate civilian harm, including using precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence. IDF troops in the Southern Command remain deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement.
