IDF eliminates Hezbollah Unit 1800 deputy commander in Beirut strike

The IDF struck an apartment in Beirut's Dahieh area, killing Hamza Ibrahim Rakin, Deputy Commander of Hezbollah's Unit 1800, along with the unit's Operations Officer and another operative. One person was killed and 17 wounded in the strike on the Al-Rahhab area. Unit 1800 coordinates between Hezbollah and Palestinian terrorist organizations operating in Lebanon, Gaza, Syria, and Judea and Samaria. Rakin served as a key liaison and oversaw the transfer of terrorists to engage IDF troops in southern Lebanon.
