IDF Reports Over 2 Million Tons of Food Entered Gaza Since Ceasefire

The IDF reports that more than 2 million tons of food have entered Gaza since the ceasefire began in October 2025, with food prices dropping approximately 72%. Around 600 trucks enter daily, 70-80% carrying food, and 41 bakeries operated by international organizations produce over 3 million pita breads daily. Water supply averages over 70,000 cubic meters per day—more than 60 liters per person—through four pipelines and desalination facilities. More than 21,000 tons of medical equipment have entered, and hospital bed capacity has increased by over 50%. The aid enters in coordination with the UN and international organizations.
