Shukrun, a father of six from Eli Zahav, was shot while immersing at Ein Re'aya spring with his eldest son ahead of Yom Kippur, according to earlier reports. He was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital, a major medical center in central Israel, where he was pronounced dead.
