IDF Strikes Kill Muhammad Ouda, New Hamas Military Wing Leader

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz announce the IDF has struck and killed Muhammad Ouda in Gaza, the newly appointed leader of Hamas's military wing and one of the architects of the October 7 massacre. Ouda served as head of Hamas's intelligence bureau during the October 7 attack and was appointed approximately one week ago to replace Az al-Din al-Haddad, who was eliminated in an IDF strike about two weeks ago. Ouda was responsible for the murder, abduction, and injury of many Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. The joint statement vows to continue pursuing everyone involved in the October 7 massacre.
