IDF Strikes Two Hamas Commanders in Gaza, Including October 7th Participant

The IDF struck two Hamas commanders in separate operations in Gaza. One commander, targeted in the Nuseirat area in central Gaza, infiltrated Israeli territory and participated in the October 7th massacre. Shortly afterward, the IDF and ISA struck a second commander in the Tuffah area who was planning terror attacks against IDF troops operating in Gaza. The IDF said it took steps to mitigate civilian harm, including using precise munitions and aerial surveillance. IDF troops under Southern Command remain deployed in the area and continue operations to remove immediate threats.
