IDF strikes vehicles in southern Lebanon, two journalists reportedly injured
IDF troops struck two vehicles in southern Lebanon on Wednesday after they departed from a Hezbollah military structure and crossed the Forward Defense Line, posing an immediate threat to Israeli forces. The Israeli Air Force struck one vehicle and subsequently hit the structure from which the individuals had departed. Two journalists were reportedly injured in the strikes. The IDF stated it is not preventing rescue teams from reaching the area and that the incident is under review. The military emphasized it does not target journalists and acts to mitigate harm to them while maintaining troop safety, noting the Forward Defense Line map has been published and the area evacuated.
