Iran’s Foreign Minister claims: “Israel, Not Iran, Requested the Ceasefire”

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed that Israel initiated the current ceasefire, not Iran. “We did not ask for a ceasefire, Israel did. The U.S. betrayed diplomacy,” he said, accusing Washington of undermining negotiation efforts while asserting Iran’s readiness to respond to any breach.
