Iran Warns of Escalation if Israel Strikes Ali al-Taher Ridge in Lebanon

Lebanese sources claim Israel is preparing to launch an operation to capture the Ali al-Taher ridge in Lebanon. According to Lebanese newspaper Al-Joumhouria, citing a senior security source, concerned parties in Lebanon have received messages indicating Israeli preparations for the operation. Separately, Al-Jadeed reports that Iran has conveyed a direct message stating that any Israeli strike on the Ali al-Taher ridge will be met with escalation from Iran.
