Iranian Parliament Speaker says Iran achieves concessions through missiles, not dialogue

Mohammad Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and head of Iran's negotiation delegation with the US, posted three key points on his stance toward negotiations: Iran achieves concessions through missiles rather than dialogue, and negotiations only serve to convey this message; Iran has no trust in promises or words and will take no steps before the other side acts; and the winner in any agreement is whoever is better prepared for war the day after it is signed.
