Iranian Revolutionary Guards threaten ships in Strait of Hormuz

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards issued threats over radio to ships attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz near the Oman coast. The threats have resulted in ships avoiding that route, with vessels now only passing near the Iranian coast under Iranian supervision. The strait has reportedly emptied of ships along the Oman-side route.
