Iranian rial hits all-time low at 1.84 million per US dollar
The Iranian rial reached a record low of 1.84 million to one US dollar in morning trading, marking the weakest value the currency has ever reached. The rial lost approximately 10% of its value in recent days, closing yesterday at around 1.69 million per dollar before continuing its decline. The currency crash reflects mounting economic pressure on the Iranian regime.
