Iranian security chief responds to Trump threats, warns against disrespectful language
Mohammad Baqer Dhu al-Qadr, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, issued a sharp response to threats from President Trump. Dhu al-Qadr stated that Trump's previous threats against Iran's 91 million people resulted in "failure, helplessness, and a request for negotiations and a ceasefire." He warned that the Iranian people are not deterred by threatening language and demanded Trump speak to Iranians with respect, stating: "Otherwise, we will respond to you in a different language."
