Iraqi PM pledges Iraq will not be launchpad for attacks on neighbors

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi stated that Iraq will not become a launchpad for attacks against its neighbors. He said the country can help de-escalate tensions and open avenues for dialogue in the region.
