Islamic Jihad fighter killed in alleged abduction attempt in Khan Yunis

Islamic Jihad's military wing reports that a force it describes as "militias collaborating with the enemy," supported by Israeli drones, attempted to abduct one of its fighters in the Al-Qarara area north of Khan Yunis at 3:30 AM. According to the group's statement, its fighters engaged the force in close-range combat with grenades and medium weapons, resulting in casualties on both sides. Islamic Jihad claims the fighter, identified as Fadi Ali Al-Abadleh, was executed by gunfire and left at the scene while the force evacuated its own casualties with drone assistance.
