Israel Orders Civilian Planes Relocated Amid Missile Threat

In light of heightened concerns over potential Iranian missile attacks, Israel’s defense establishment has instructed all major Israeli airlines — El Al, Arkia, Israir, and Air Haifa — to relocate their aircraft to safer locations in Cyprus, Greece, and the United States. The Shin Bet (Israel’s internal security agency) is increasing security around these aircraft in coordination with local authorities abroad.
