Israeli airstrikes hit southern Lebanon on large scale, 23 Lebanese killed
Israeli Air Force conducted extensive strikes across southern Lebanon since midnight, killing at least 23 people. The strikes focused on the Ali al-Taher ridge area and villages near Nabatieh, using fighter jets, drones, and heavy artillery. Casualties were reported in Kfar Jouz (9), Ash-Sharqiyah (4), Kharouf (3), Kfar Sir (3), Ad-Duwayr (2), and Jibshit (2). Hundreds of Lebanese families have fled the Nabatieh area following the strikes. Over 30 locations were targeted, including villages in the Nabatieh district and sites in the Beqaa region. Lebanese sources indicate the casualty numbers are not final.
