The Shin Bet and Israel Police have arrested Muhammad Fahmi Muhammad Khalaf, 25, a resident of Baqa al-Gharbiyye, on suspicion of maintaining contact with Iranian operatives and carrying out a series of missions for them in exchange for payment.
According to the Shin Bet and police, the suspect communicated online with a hostile entity. Following the investigation, an indictment will be filed against him today in Haifa District Court on charges of contact with a foreign agent.
